Welcome to the RTP SIGGRAPH professional chapter! This is what we would like to say to you, unfortunately it takes money to run an organization to it's fullest potential. For this reason, we have set up a membership program. Membership dues help to fund the continuance of the RTP Siggraph Chapter, covering costs for refreshments, mailings, door prizes, etc and hopefully even an end of the year social. Our chapter dues are some of the lowest around the world! Memberships are good for 1 year and you will be issued a RTP SIGGRAPH membership card to make it official. By becoming a member, you will also have the option of your home page being listed in our links directory, have your resume linked to our "job seekers" page, save on entrance into special events and receive advanced notice of events via email and/or snail mail. Please help support and grow the RTP chapter of SIGGRAPH. Below is a schedule of fees for membership: Students - $5 Professionals - $10 Company - Memberships are available for entire companies. Rates for a corporate sponsored membership are $7.50 per employee paid by the company. Please make all inquiries to Webmaster *Memberships are available for purchase at local events and meetings. Other Donations will be greatly appreciated. RTP SIGGRAPH is a local, professional chapter associated with ACM SIGGRAPH. SIGGRAPH itself is one of about 35 Special Interest Groups (SIG) which are part of ACM,the Association for Computing Machinery. ACM is an international scientific and educational society dedicated to advancing the arts, sciences and applications of information technology. Some of you may also be interested in joining ACM and/or ACM SIGGRAPH to get the member benefits that go along with those memberships, including discounts for attendance at the annual SIGGRAPH conference.
